I am a c-section to homebirth mama to four, wife, birth champion, follower of Jesus, crunchy with a side of coke zero friend, who loves being in nature, my sweet little fam, sunshine, iced americanos, hanging with friends, yoga, fall & winter are my seasons, and cozy is my vibe.
A handful of years ago, I became a certified doula and the honor that I feel every day to walk alongside so many incredible women has changed and will continue to change my life forever. Following my own first time mom traumatic birth experience, feeling unheard, lost, confused & let down, to eventually walking a road that no mother should ever have to… I knew that I was led to the birth world for a divine purpose and that I could bring something unique to this space. My passion is educating, encouraging & championing mothers to face their fears, protect their peace, use their voices, advocate for themselves, and remember that birth is magical. My prayer is that no woman giving birth would ever feel the loneliness that I did when I needed someone in my corner the most. Hold on to your vision mama, you are worthy of it. Lean into your intuition, it was given to you for a reason.
